The challenge
Riverside's six hospitals each ran their own paper-based staff rostering and manual procurement approval process. Payroll took the finance team nine working days to close every month, and procurement requests routinely sat for over a week waiting on the right approver to notice a physical form on their desk.

The solution
We deployed WaveHR across all six sites with credential-aware shift scheduling, and WaveFlow to digitize procurement approvals with automatic escalation. WaveAI's document intelligence was layered in to digitize incoming supplier invoices directly into the approval workflow.
